Shipping & Courier
Due to ongoing delays, we are currently unable to guarantee any shipping times.
New Zealand
In New Zealand, goods will be delivered with a reputable courier firm.
Signature is required upon delivery and goods cannot be delivered to motels/hotels unless by prior arrangement.
International
For international deliveries, goods are shipped via New Zealand Post or FedEx.
Shipping fees vary depending on the destination, size and weight of the item(s) being shipped and include a small insurance fee against theft or damage while in transit.
Please note any taxes or customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Calculating fees
NB Courier fees and times are a guideline only, price includes gst.
- Within Auckland (Does not include Waiheke) $10.00
- North Island $15.00
- South Island $20.00
- Rural Delivery, add an extra $5
- Excess applies to parcels weighing more than 5kg or if volume exceeds .025 (.025 = a wine box in size)
All fees are calculated based on weight, size and location. Goods over 25kg cannot be shipped. If there are any additional charges you will be contacted by email.
Once your order has been placed and completed online you will be sent an automated e-mail confirmation of your order. This e-mail is generated by the website and confirms that your order and all relevant details were received and are being processed through our system. It does not mean that the freight you have selected is correct. Before making a Direct Credit Payment please wait for confirmation from Progear.
Courier fees include up to $1200 insurance. This does not cover replacement value for goods owned by the customer which may have depreciated during the time of ownership, i.e. in the case of goods being returned from repair or servicing. These items are insured for their depreciated indemnity value.
DELIVERY TIME
New Zealand
North Island delivery is 1-2 working days.
South Island delivery expect 2-3 working days. Note that severe winter weather may cause delays.
Rural delivery can be up to a week.
International
Shipping will be calculated manually when we process your order. We will contact you directly with shipping options and delivery time frames.
Track Order
We will hold a record of the tracking number. Please contact us at sales@progear.co.nz if you require this.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If for any reason your goods arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately so that we can remedy the situation.
