If you are a first time customer you will have access to your online account after completing your first purchase online or in store.
We endeavor to process all orders in a timely fashion. Once your order has been placed online you will be sent an automated e-mail confirmation of your order. This e-mail is generated by the website and confirms that your order and all relevant details were received and are being processed through our system.
Our couriers run a store pickup twice daily, at 11am and 3pm. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be processed and shipped Monday. For more information on shipping and shipping times please see Shipping & Courier.
All products are subject to availability. Online stock levels are updated twice daily to reflect current availability, and we do our best to provide the most accurate, up-to-date information and pricing. However errors do occur, and we reserve the right to make necessary changes. Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify acceptance of order. All orders are subject to Progear terms and conditions.
In the event of an item being out of stock you will receive an email advising availability. In this event we will hold your order and await your confirmation before proceeding.
