150mm S5 Filter Holder Kit with CPL
For use with Nikon 14-24mm f/2.8G Lens
This NiSi 150mm S5 Filter Holder Kit with CPL is specially designed to be used with the Nikon 14-24mm f/2.8G lens. Made from aviation-grade aluminium with single element processing by CNC machine, it supports the use of an integrated PRO CPL and up to two 150mm filters at the same time without vignetting throughout 360 degrees of rotation. It is a new 150mm filter system which includes a multiple model adapter to allow use with selected ultra wide angle lenses and is ideal for landscape photographers who wish to combine an ultra wide lens with a filter system.
Using a square and rectangular filter system instead of standard round screw-on filters will allow you to use the same filters with many different sized lenses. Simply change your filter holder's adapter ring to suit your lens. It will also allow you to shift your filter up and down in the filter holder to fit the scene you are photographing, making it easier to match your filter to your horizon line or balance the light intensity in both parts of a scene.
A geared design allows the integrated CPL to be rotated while using 150mm filters using two gears located on the rear of the holder, a design feature taken from NiSi's leading V5 Pro holder. The holder allows very quick installation and removal without removing the lens from the camera. The front of the holder with clips holding the 150mm filters can be rapidly removed to allow focus and easy replacement or removal of the filters. It features a matte black frosted finish on the surface to minimise reflection.
The kit includes the holder, adaptor mount for the 14-24mm, a NiSi Pro C-PL and a case to store the holder.
