Anchor Mount
To attach a neck or wrist strap to 1/4-20 tripod socket
The Anchor Mount from Peak Design is designed to allow you to attach your Peak Design strap (or any standard OEM neck/hand strap) directly to the bottom of your camera using the camera's 1/4-20 tripod socket. Unlike a tripod plate, the Anchor Mount is so small and slim that it won’t hinder access to battery compartments or flip screens.
When you connect one end of your strap to the Anchor Mount your camera will hang with the lens facing downward, giving you more stability and comfort when using longer lenses. It is made of ultra-strong machined/anodised aluminum for lasting durability.
Please note that the Anchor Mount is not tripod or Capture compatible. If you frequently use a tripod or Capture, the Peak Design Standard Plate is recommended.
