Protective Housing

Housing for HERO8 Black

The GoPro Protective Housing is designed to allow you to bring your HERO8 Black to greater depths - literally. When installed, this housing provides additional protection against dust, mud, and debris, and pushes the waterproofing of the HERO8 Black to a greater depth of 60m.

Characterised by a flat glass lens, the housing permits clear, clean shots both on land and underwater. There is access to the camera's touchscreen to permit setting changes even while the housing is installed. As the enclosed housing will mute audio, a skeleton back door is supplied to open up the microphone; however, the backdoor does not offer waterproofing and should only be used on land. A mounting buckle and thumbscrew are also included here.
