Warranties & Repairs

Does a warranty apply?

A manufacturer’s warranty applies where applicable. Any written warranty that we provide to you will also form part of our contract with you. A 90 day warranty will apply to all second hand items purchased from Progear.

We do not complete repairs in store. Any items needing repair will be sent to the manufacturer with proof of purchase, which Progear will supply if required. If a repair is outside of the warranty period, a $150 minimum assessment fee will apply. Please contact sales@progear.co.nz for more information.

Returns & Refunds

The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 gives customers the right to a repair, replacement or refund if goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty.  If you receive something defective, please contact us immediately so that we can remedy the situation.
