Manual Focus M-Mount Prime Lens

The Nokton 35mm f/1.2 Aspherical III lens from Voigtlander is an updated wide-angle manual focus prime that is designed for precise focusing with Leica M-mount rangefinders. This compact model is 20% shorter and about 30% lighter when compared to its predecessor, the 35 f/1.2 Asphericall II VM. The lightweight factor is achieved despite its durable all-metal barrel and uncompromising high optical performance, rendering the lens ideal for day-to-day and travel photography.

As with its predecessor, it features a bright maximum aperture of f/1.2, rendering it ideal for use in low-light conditions and for working with shallow depth of field. This is complimented by a 12-blade diaphragm that works to create a smooth out-of-focus bokeh effect. Optically, the lens uses a pair of aspherical elements to reduce spherical and chromatic aberrations for enhanced sharpness and colour. It features a focus-coupling system and offers a minimum focusing distance of 50cm.

A front cap and rear cap are supplied with the lens.
