The Novoflex PLATTE-U is a useful accessory when attaching your camera to a camera plate, such as those used in the Multi Row Panorama VR-System Pro II. In the event a wide angle or fisheye zoom lens hood comes into contact with the upper clamping plate, the PLATTE-U can be used as a spacer plate. This allows you to avoid overtightening the camera screw and potentially damaging your camera body or lens.
