The black 25mm f/1.7 Lumix G ASPH lens from Panasonic is a 50mm equivalent fast, standard prime lens, designed for Micro Four Thirds mirrorless cameras. With a bright maximum aperture of f/1.7 it is well-suited to working in low-light and allows for selective depth of field control. The lens measures just 5cm long, and weighs a minimal 125 g. One UHR (Ultra-High Refractive Index) element and two aspherical elements work to reduce chromatic aberrations and distortions for consistent edge-to-edge sharpness and illumination. It also features a stepping motor for smooth, quiet autofocus performance that is compatible with Lumix cameras high-speed contrast-detection focusing systems.
