The B+W 39mm 092 IR 20-40X F-PRO is a specialized, professional-grade dark red infrared pass filter designed to unlock the invisible spectrum of light for creative landscape and pictorial photography.

Thread Size: 39mm

Filter Type: 092 is a moderate-strength dark red filter that does not completely block all visible light. It lets in a tiny amount of deep red light alongside IR rays, making it usable with both infrared-sensitive black-and-white films and digital cameras (though digital sensor performance varies depending on internal hot-mirror blocking)

Filter Factor: 20x to 40x (increases exposure time by roughly 4.3 to 5.3 stops, depending on your film/sensor sensitivity and lighting conditions)
