The Manfrotto Befree GT Aluminium Travel Tripod with 496 Center Ball Head is ideal for those looking quality support when travelling. Lightweight and easy to set up, it weighs only 2kg and features a 4-section design with a twist M-Lock leg system that quickly unlocks with a 90° turn. The tripod offers a wide working height range from 43cm to 164.1cm to cater to different shooting needs. A side-pull button allows the legs to be released and locked at three different angles. Rubberised feet keep the tripod stable on most surfaces while an Easy Link attachment enables connection with optional accessories such as flashes and reflectors. For storage and transportation, the tripod can be folded to 43cm and placed in the included padded carry bag. The accompanying 496 Center Ball Head features a load capacity of 10kg and two independent knobs for ball movement and for panning. The main locking knob has an adjustable tension control on the side of the knob. The head has a quick release plate that is R2 and Arca-type compatible, with the exception for the Manfrotto 804-3W and MH804-3W tripod heads.The Befree GT is compatible with both 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded mounts via the included bushing adapter that allows you to switch between the two screw sizes.
