Beyond the two lights and EL-Skyport Plus wireless transmitter, this kit also includes two wide reflectors, two glass domes, a PC sync cable, and a durable storage bag. The ELC Pro HD 1000 Flash Head from Elinchrom is evidence of the companys continued commitment to pushing the envelope in monolight design. Elinchrom has packed the ELC Pro HD 1000 with professional features weve come to expect from a flash head of this caliber and added quite a bit more. Short recycling times coupled with fast flash durations make freeze-motion, stop-action shooting possible. In fact, up to 20 frames per second is possible at minimum power. An intelligent low noise, temperature activated fan keeps the head cool and lengthens the life of both the flash tube and modeling lamp. A pre-flash detector lets you integrate your on-camera flash into your studio system. The EL-Skyport Transmitter Plus from Elinchrom is an updated wireless radio trigger with Sixteen channels available: 8 Normal and 8 in Speed mode, with 4 groups for different or sequentially triggered lighting setups at distances up to 200m. Control your light power at the camera. Channels 1, 3, and 7 are compatible with all enabled EL-Skyport units. Transmitter channels 1, 3, 7, 9, 12, 15, 18, and 20 are only compatible with the ELC Pro HD flash head and the ELB 400 battery pack system, while the same channels accept signals from EL-Skyport transmitter Plus and EL-Skyport transmitter Plus HS. A swivel function helps to improve reception and a 2.5mm sync socket is also included, allowing the transmitter to be used with cameras without hot shoes or for hard-wired flash units.
