Ilford Washaid is designed to aid in the rinsing of your black and white film and fiber papers, by removing the byproducts of fixation. It will save both time and water, and is particularly useful if a hardening fixer has been used. It will also speed up the washing of fiber based papers. It is a liquid concentrate mixed 1+4 with water for use with either film or paper.
