The Sony GP-VPT1 Remote Control Shooting Grip with Mini Tripod allows operating Sony video camera or camera singlehandedly with ease. GP-VPT1s wired AV cable features Sonys Multi Terminal connector. When it is plugged into the corresponding port on a compatible camcorder/camera, you gain control over zooming, capturing stills, and starting/stopping of video recording via the buttons featured on the grip. Another button on the side of the grip is provided for increasing the grip angle 10° at a time till you find your desired angle. The included cable clamper keeps the cable away from interfering with recording.
