The Fujinon 10x42 Hyper Clarity Binoculars combines high 10x magnification for observing distant subjects with a long eye relief and wide exit pupil for enhanced viewing comfort. Complementary technologies are employed to produce optics that delivers superior performance in dim and harsh conditions: the incorporation of extra-low dispersion (ED) lanthanum glass in the lens elements correct chromatic and spherical aberrations while Super EBC anti-relfection multicoatings aid in improving light transmission, image contrast, sharpness and colour rendering. In addition, internal light loss and interference and improved image contrast are provided by the use of phase-corrected and dielectric-coated roof prisms. The technologies utilised have the combined outcome of bright and clear high-contrast images that feature accurate colours across the wide field of view with reduced appearance of visible hand-shake.

The binoculars are constructed for use in inclement conditions. NItrogen-fillled and O-ring sealed optical tubes not only prevents fog, but also render them waterproof and submersible. For protection against knocks and drops, as well as improvement in grip in cold and wet conditions, the exterior of the binoculars is constructed of an elastomeric material. An objective lens cover and an ocular rainguard to protect the lenses and eyepieces, a neck strap, and a carrying case are supplied with this Fujinon binoculars.
