The Sony 240GB QD-G64F G Series XQD Memory Card is designed to excel in high-end DSLRs that include Nikon and Sony models. Offering a storage capacity of up to 120GB, this XQD is equipped with a PCIe 2.0 interface. It features read speed of up to 440 MB/s and write speeds of up to 400 MB/s, which enables recording of 4K videos, as well as up to 200 continuous raw still image bursts.

Retaining the robustness and durability of most Sony cards to enable their fast performances even in extreme environments, this memory card is not only shockproof, X-ray proof, and magnet-proof, it is also able to withstand an extreme temperature range of -25°C to 65°C. Additionally, it is resistant to exposures to UV light and and can withstand up to 50N of force. These Sony XQD cards have been tested to ensure dependable storage in a mulitude of environments. Taking protection of your data even further, Sony's File Rescue software is available as a free download to memory card customers who can use it to help recover damaged or lost data, including raw images, MOV files and 4K XAVC-S videos.
