X-Rite i1 Display Pro Colour Calibration
Monitor and Projector Colour Calibration Solution
The i1 Display is a colour calibration solution designed to ensure your LCD & LED displays/monitors - laptop or desktop - and projectors are displaying the correct colours. It's also spectrally calibrated, which makes it field-upgradeable to support future display technologies!
Colour can vary from monitor to monitor or change over time and a calibrated and profiled display is critical to an efficient digital workflow. The i1 Display includes a measurement device and simple software with a 'Basic' wizard-driven interface allowing for fast and simple calibration designed to accurately display the colour in your original picture or digital file. Alternatively, take full control with 'Advanced' mode, which offers user-defined options for more sophisticated profiling workflows.
Enjoy virtually infinite control of white point, luminance, contrast ratio, gamma and more, as well as multiple monitor and workgroup profiling. Intelligent Iterative Profiling is an adaptive technology that measures and analyzes the colour capabilities of each unique display for increased profile accuracy. Create unique patch sets for optimal results in your profiling. Choose your own combination of patch set size, extracted colours from specific images and/or PANTONE spot colours selected from the included PANTONE Colour Manager software. Ambient Light Measurement automatically determines the optimum display luminance for comparing prints to your display, based on a measurement of the lighting conditions where the prints will be viewed. Ambient Light Smart Control performs measurement, compensation and ongoing monitoring of ambient lighting conditions, letting you decide whether you want the i1Display system to automatically adjust your profile or simply notify you as ambient light conditions change.
A compact design allows for maximum portability and a custom-designed RGB filter set provides accurate colour measurements, while the optical design allows for high repetition on the same display and across different display types for more consistent colour matching. A rotatable diffuser arm can be used as a stand for table top projector profiling, ambient light measurement, and as a cover for instrument optics. The conveniently integrated tripod mount is great for projector profiling in larger venues.
