Ideal for creative work, the CS2420 reproduces 99% of the Adobe RGB colour space such that images shot in Adobe RGB will be correctly displayed. Moreover, with a 10-bit simultaneous display from a 16-bit look-up-table (LUT), this Eizo monitor affords 64 times more colours than you get with 8-bit display, resulting in smoother colour gradations and reduced Delta-E between two adjacent colours. EIZO's DUE equalizer technology ensures enhanced and uniform colour accuracy from corner to corner.

The EIZO CS2420 comes with an IPS-non-glare panel to promote high visibility and the complementing dimming technology reduces flicker to prevent eye fatique when working for extended time. The IPS display comes with a 1920 x 1200 16:10 screen resolution, a 1,000:1 contrast ratio, a brightness rating of 350 cd/m² and support for up to 1.07 billion colours (Please Note: A graphics board and software supporting 10-bit output are also necessary for a 10-bit display). The wide colour gamut also ensures that the monitor reproduces almost the entire ISO-coated and US web-coated CMYK colour spaces used in printing as well as 93% of the DCI used in post production. It also features DisplayPort, DVI-I, and HDMI inputs, making it compatible with a variety of computer configurations.

A built-in carrying handle located at monitor's back permits easy relocating of the monitor and the supplied versatile monitor stand offers height, tilt and swivel adjustments. Three easily accessible USB 3.0 ports are available, including one port for charging the battery of devices.
