The Voigtlander 15mm f/4.5 mkIII offers a super-wide angle perspective for creating dramatic landscapes with sweeping vistas and huge skies. Distortion is very well controlled, making it suitable for architectural photography. The updated mkIII is enhanced for use on mirrorless digital cameras as well as classic M-mount rangefinder film cameras.  An 11-elements-in-9-groups optical design with one rear aspherical element controls flare and ghosting for sharp, high-contrast images.  The manual focus design offers a minimum focusing distance of 1.6', which pairs with the wide depth of field for consistently sharp images. It includes an integrated lens hood, rounded 10-blade diaphragm, and the ability to accept 58mm screw-in filters.
