Ultra-Wide-Angle Fisheye Lens

The Samyang 8mm f/3.5 Ultra Wide Angle Fisheye Lens with AE Chip for Nikon gives you a 180° view with dramatic, exaggerated perspective when used with a DX format cropped-sensor camera. It is also compatible with full-frame FX sensors or 35mm film, where it will produce a circular image with vignette frame. This Nikon AE version features an electronic circuit which allows for full control of exposure parameters from your Nikon camera, including i-TTL flash communication and EXIF data with all Nikon Digital SLR cameras.

Hybrid aspherical lenses produce sharp imagery, while super multi-layer coating reduces flare and ghosting. Minimum focus is as close as 12" (30.48 cm) from the lens. A petal-style lens hood is included for additional glare reduction and lens protection, and can be removed to offer an unobstructed angle of view when shooting full frame.
