The Leica Leitz Cine 75mm M 0.8 f/2 Full Frame M-Mount Lens is designed for use with digital cinema cameras, providing images with a classic analog curving focus that leads to the view to the image centre as well as adds a more natural dimensional perception. As a M 0.8 M-Mount cine lens, this lens is compatible with M-Mount cameras and professional cine cameras such as ARRI, RED, and Sony VENICE via appropriate adapters. The lens's light and compact form enables its use with gimbals, drones, and underwater cameras.

All M 0.8 lenses feature a 77mm filter thread, an 80mm front diameter, a 36mm full frame image circle, and 0.8 MOD standard cine focus gear rings, which affords easy interchangeability of these M 0.8 lenses in the field. This 75mm lens, in particular, features a minimum focusing distance of 0.7m and a bright maximum aperture of f/2.0. The lens markings are in feet.
