Wide-angle Manual Shift Lens


The Leica 28mm f/2.8 PC Super Angulon R is a wide-angle manual shift lens that features perspective correction that straightens out converging lines, thus rendering it especially suitable for architectural photography. The large usable image circle diameter of 62m allows the complete optical system to be shifted by 11mm away from the optical axis and rotated in 45° steps to enable perspective corrections in vertical and horizontal formats. This high-performance lens works on Leica R models, preferably in aperture piority and manual modes, as well as the LeicaFlex SL/SL2.
