The XF 18mm f/2 R lens from Fujifilm is a compact and lightweight wide angle "pancake" lens with a 35mm equivalent focal length of 27mm, designed for use with the Fujifilm X-series of interchangeable lens cameras. The wide field of view lets you capture striking landscape and city scenes, while a bright maximum aperture of f/2 makes it possible to work in low light conditions and produces attractive out of focus "bokeh" areas with its 7-blade aperture design.

Optically this lens uses Aspheric and Extra Low Dispersion (ED) elements, to reduce distortions and aberration, while Super EBC coating provides edge-to-edge sharpness. The final lens element, positioned as close to the sensor as possible, makes the incidence angle of the light reaching the sensor smaller, reducing vignetting. This lens has a maximum magnification of 0.14x, and the aperture ring has 1/3-stop click stops for more precise exposures.
