The ColorEdge CG2420 24.1" from EIZO is a hardware calibration LCD monitor that meets the needs of professionals. Eliminating the need for a third party calibration device, the CG2420 automates calibration with the sensor that is housed within the front bezel. This sensor swings onto the screen only during calibration and operates even when the monitor is in protrait mode. The ColorEdge CG2420 24.1" from EIZO features bezels that are 39% slimmer to keep your focus on the screen. The flat design utilises electrostatic switches on the front bezel instead of traditional buttons for seamless access to monitor settings.

The CG2420 supports EIZO's Color Navigator 6 as well as ColorNavigator 7 that combines the features of ColorNavigator 6 and ColorNavigator NX software for an improved hardware calibration and quality control performance. This upgraded colour management software enables you calibrate the multitude of available colour modes simultaneously to save time and ensure colour accuracy of your screen no matter which mode is being used. To simplify your workflow further, Eizo's Quck Color Match automatically adjusts to the ideal monitor, retouching software, and printer settings so that you edit and print your images quickly and hassle-free; simply drag-up-table and drop your photo in the Quick Colour Match window to automatically start the process!

The 24" screen has a 1920 x 1200 native resolution with a 518.4 x 324.0mm viewable image size for intricate creative work. Whether it is blue skies or lush green forest, CG2420 is faithful in the colour reproduction as it boasts a wide colour gamut that reproduces 99% of the Adobe RGB colour space as well as almost the entire ISO-coated and US web-coated CMYK colour spaces used in printing. Additionally, the CG2420 panel also covers 98% of the DCI-P3 colour space used in post production. For the producing true blacks that are often difficult to display on a typical LCD monitor, this professional monitor offers a high contrast ratio of 1500:1. A retardation film on the screen enables tones to retain their depth even when viewed from an angle. Moreover, with a 10-bit simultaneous display from a 16-bit look-up-table (LUT), this Eizo monitor provides smoother colour gradations and reduced Delta-E between two adjacent colours. EIZO's DUE equalizer technology, on the other hand, ensures enhanced and uniform colour accuracy from corner to corner. The monitor's colours, which stabilises in about 3 minutes as compared to 30 minutes or more in typical monitors, remains stable thanks Eizo's stable display technology.

Equipped with an IPS panel, this professional monitor features a wide 178° viewing angle which permits two or more people to view the screen with little change in colour or contrast. The combination of the non-glare panel and dimming technology provides for minimised reflections and flicker, thus reducing and preventing eye fatigue in users for a more comfortable working environment. With DIsplayPort, HDMI, and DVD-D input available, various types of graphic boards are supported; Via the integrated HDMI input of the ColorEdge CG2420, not only can interlace signals from TV and video be converted into progressive signals for flicker-free display, digital cameras can also be directly connected to the monitor.  Another three easily accessible USB 3.0 ports are also available, including one port for charging the battery of devices. A built-in carrying handle located at monitor's back permits easy relocating of the monitor and the supplied versatile monitor stand offers height, tilt and swivel adjustments. A shading hood, which is designed to attach to the monitor magnetically for quick and easy installation, is supplied with the monitor.
