Wide-angle Zoom Lens
The FE 12-24mm f/4 G Lens from Sony is a versatile wide-angle zoom lens for full-frame Sony E-mount mirrorless cameras. It is also compatible with APS-C models where it will provide a 35mm equivalent focal length range of 18-36mm. This is combined with a constant f/4 maximum aperture for consistent performance throughout the zoom range.
The optical design uses four aspherical, one Super ED and three ED elements to control both spherical and chromatic aberrations for impressive sharpness and clarity. A Nano AR Coating has also been applied to individual elements to reduce surface reflections, flare, and ghosting.
This design is complimented by a quick, quiet, and precise Direct Drive SSM autofocus system to benefit both stills and video shooting and contributes to more natural, intuitive manual focus control. The lens is finished with a dust- and moisture-sealed design, a dedicated focus hold button and AF/MF switch.
The Sony FE 12-24mm f/4 G Lens comes with a front lens cap, rear lens cap and lens case.
