Shotgun Microphone

Designed for professional applications within the film, video, television, and production industries, the RODE NTG1 Shotgun Microphone is a lightweight condenser shotgun microphone with broadcast sound quality. Thanks to its full frequency responses, low noise, and audio transparency, it is ideal as a film, video, and voice over microphone; its low weight of 105g renders it ideal as a boom microphone. Besides its native 20Hz -20kHz frequency response, the NTG1 also features a selectable high-pass filter at 80Hz that prevents low end noise such as traffic and air conditioners from being recorded. Additionally, a WSVM windshield is supplied to reduce light wind noise and plosives whilst recording. For outdoor applications, the separately available DeadCat furry is recommended. A mic clip and zip case is also supplied along with the NTG1.
