The 80cm Octa Softbox with Grid from Phottix is an easy to assemble octagonal softbox for a large super-soft light. It is made with internal white fiberglass spokes for high durability, and folds down easily, like a regular umbrella. A recessed front diffuser allows for precise positioning and feathering of the light, and a removable grid better controls light spill.

A flash or studio light mounts backwards inside the softbox. Shooting towards the rear creates an even light which reduces hot spots.
