The Mitakon Canon FD Lens to Sony E-Mount Lens Turbo Adapter Mark II enables Canon FD lenses to mount on Sony E-Mount APS-C format cameras.

The four-elements-in-four-groups optical design concentrate the light from the Canon FD full frame lens onto the camera's APS-C sensor to render an increase in the angle of view by 0.736x and the lens' maximum aperture by 1 f-stop, thus effectively producing full-frame coverage on a non-full-frame sensor and improving the lens' performance in low-light conditions.

In the Mark II version of this adapter, the sharpness and clarity of the images are improved. The updated design features a shortened distance between the rectangular rear lens and the camera's sensor for increased light transmission and an optimised lens coating for mimising ghosting and flare. Furthermore, an extra-low dispersion (ED) lens element helps to reduce aberrations. The adapter is robust thanks to its metal construction and stainless steel mounts and attaches easily to both the camera and lens. As a manual adapter, the Lens Turbo does not permit electronic communication between lens and camera.

A front cap and a rear cap are supplied with the adapter.
