Befree GT has a 200PL quick release plate that is compatible with both RC2 and Arca-type systems, except for the Manfrotto 804-3W and MH804-3W tripod heads. At a weight of only 1.6kg, the carbon fiber tripod boosts a load capacity of 10kg. The Befree GT is easily transportable in the included padded carrying case at its folded length of 43cm. WIth the center column extended, the tripod can be used at a maximum height of 1.62m when all the four sections of each leg are fully extended and twist-locked. For added versatility, a side pull selector enables setting up the tripod at three different leg angles while rubberised feet increases stability over more challenging surfaces. The Befree GT has a sturdy center 496 ball head, which has dedicated knob for panoramic movement and a separate friction control knob for precise tension control during use. An included bushing adapter allows switching between 1/4" -20 and 3/8" -16 threaded mounts. Finally, photographers have the option of carrying less gear as this travel tripod can connect with compatible accessories such as flashes via an Easy Link attachment.
