A lightweight camera support option weighing just 1.9 kg, the MK290LTA3-3W Light Aluminium Tripod Kit from Manfrotto is capable of supporting up to 4 kg of gear, and extends to 144 cm. Tension-adjustable leg locks allow you to adjust the tripod's height, while the 3-section legs have two angle positions for working on uneven ground. The tripod also features a rubber leg grip on one of the legs to prevent the conduction of heat and cold in harsh weather conditions.
The included MH293D3-Q2 3-way head with 200PL Quick-Release System compliments the tripod by being constructed of Adapto, a lightweight polymer that offers strength and functionality without the weight of metal. A unique mechanism allows the handles of the head to be folded parallel to the tripod for more convenient packing and carrying. With this head it is possible to enjoy +90° / -30° lateral and front tilt. The 200PL quick-release clamp and plate allow for quick camera attachment and removal, and three bubble levels let you adjust your camera for accurate framing.
