The MK055XPRO3-BHQ2 Aluminium Tripod from Manfrotto includes the MT055XPRO3 aluminium tripod legs and MHXPRO-BHQ2 XPRO Ball Head to bring you a versatile camera support kit with load capacity of 8 kg and a maximum height of 153 cm, or 183 with the centre column extended. The legs are secured with Quick Power Locks, an easy to use flip lock system that increases the tripod's rigidity by 50%.
The tripod also features a redesigned centre column with "one finger" operation, and can be positioned horizontally as well as vertically, for low-angle and macro photography. An Easy Link attachment allows additional accessories such as an optional LED light or reflector to be easily attached. The upper disc where the tripod head is mounted has also been redesigned, and now has a bull's eye bubble level that rotates 360° so that it can be located within view. This allows you to level your camera on both the horizontal and vertical planes.
The included ball head offers fine tuned control over your adjustments using separate knobs for both the ball and the 360° panning, as well as a friction control knob. A 200PL quick-release clamp and plate allow for quick camera attachment and removal, and two bubble levels let you adjust your camera so the horizon is level. A numbered scale is also included around the base of the head to make repeating exact pans easy.
