Enjoy a lightweight, stable, and smooth support system with this GT2545T Series 2 Traveler Carbon Fiber Tripod with Center Ball Head Kit from Gitzo. The setup offers a 1.8 kg 4-section tripod system with an Arca-type compatible ball head, a load capacity of 12kg, and a height range of 22 - 154.5cm. Also, thanks to a reverse-leg design, the addition of the ball head does not add to the folded length of 44.5cm. With the included short center column installed, the tripod can get down to 22cm for macro or low-angle shooting.

The tripod employs Carbon eXact tubing for added strength and stiffness compared to the Carbon 6X tubes. Traveler G-lock is a pared-down version of Gitzo's G-lock, specifically designed for the Traveler tripods to reduce overall size. These Series 2 legs will accept a variety of interchangeable feet and come with removable rubber feet. A shoulder strap is included for easy carrying.

The Gitzo GH1382QD Series 1 Center Ball Head is an Arca-type compatible head that is an ideal match for Traveler Series 2 and Mountaineer Series 0 and 1 tripods. It stands 11cm high, holds up to 14kg, and weighs 0.5kg. The head has a separate lock for the 360° panning and another to control the movement of the ball. A tungsten disulfide coating on the ball helps keep the ball movement smooth and minimizes stick-slip. A screw-knob lock tightens down on the included quick-release plate and a bubble level helps you maintain straight horizons in your images. To allow for precise adjustments, a friction control dial is integrated into the large locking knob.
