The TAD18AIB1 Series 1 Adventure Aluminium Tripod with Head can support a load of up to 8kg. With its center column fully raised and 4-section legs extended and flip-locked, this tripod stands at a maximum working height of 153 cm. The TAD18AIB1 can also be lowered to 39 cm for close-up shots and folded down to 58.6 cm for transportation. In cold climate, photographers can more comfortably hold the tripod using the foam grip on one of the legs.

The included magnesium alloy B1 Double Action Ballhead has an Arca-type compatible clamp and quick release plate for attaching and removing camera easily. Placement of camera in portrait orientation is simplified and sped up using the 90° notch while added control is provided by separate pan and ball locks. Graduated panning scales enable accurate image alignment for smooth accurate panoramas.
