The Benro A38FDS2 Series 3 Aluminum Monopod with 3-Leg Locking Base and S2 Video Head is a versatile still or video camera support system. With this head it is able to hold up to 2.5kg and extend to a maximum height of 155cm. The removable base provides three solid points of contact with the ground, and acts like a mini tripod. A ball joint on the base allows you to smoothly pan and tilt your camera, and it can be locked so that you can pan with the head independently.
The base can be replaced with the included rubber foot for standard monopod use. The four leg sections are secured by flip locks, and it folds down to 54cm for transport in the included carrying case.
The Benro S2 Pro Video Head with Flat Base (3/8"-16 Connection) will attach directly to ball adapters, tripods, monopods, sliders, and other camera support equipment with a 3/8"-16 threaded stud. It is a two-way, pan/tilt head designed for video applications, and will support cameras weighing up to 2.5kg. The pan bar handle can be mounted for left or right hand operation, and a second pan bar handle can be purchased if you will be using zoom and focus remotes or desire two-handed operation. The S2 has 360° panning rotation for smooth camera moves. There are separate Pan and Tilt Lock levers for lock off shots. Lastly it features a sliding quick release plate to aid balance, and a bubble level.
