The HERO9 Black is yet another heroic action camera from GoPro that is designed to go above and beyond to meet the needs of a variety of applications. Alongside a range of new key features, this rugged version features a 23.6MP sensor to enable high-detail 5K30 video and 20MP photo capture. The bigger 1.4" front display now offers live view to permit framing shots for applications such as vlogging. Moreover, the HERO9 features a new HyperSmooth 3.0 digital image stabilisation with integrated horizon levelling for even smoother and steadier video recording without the need for a gimbal. The impressive feature set of this full-on action camera even enables it to be used as webcam and for 1080p Full HD livestreaming. You can also take this camera 10m deep into your watery adventure. A separately available dive housing will permit you to take it into even deeper waters. The addition of Power Tools, a suite of smart capture settings, enhance its usability and make sure the unexpected  important moments are not missed with features such Hindsight, LiveBurst, Scheduled Capture, and Duration Capture. Hindsight, for example, capture video from 30 seconds before the record button is pressed. Of course, this new features are added onto many others from previous HERO action cameras, some of which have been enhanced. The extensive list includes raw photo and audio capture, time-lapse and night-lapse, 8x slo-mo, an advanced 100MB/s bit rate, three microphones with advanced wind noise reduction, a large 2.3" rear touchscreen with touch zoom, Protune features with professional video and audio settings, 14 voice commands, and much much more.

Designed with a built-in, flip-out 2-prong mount on the bottom, the HERO9 Black can be mounted with over 45 accessories from GoPro to suit all your applications, from extreme sports to live streaming to Facebook. On separate offers also are multiple optional add-on mods to further expand the functionality of the camera. The HERO9 is social media friendly, allowing the option of portrait mode when capturing image to suit platforms such as Instagram. Capable of longer operation on a single charge, the battery for HERO9 Black can last 30% longer than the previous model.

The HERO9 Black comes with a rechargable Li-Ion Battery, curved adhesive mount, mounting buckle and thumbscrew, USB Type-C cable, and carry case.
