Composite Video Head
The 700RC2 from Manfrotto is a compact and lightweight 2-movement video head which has been designed to support digital video equipment and photographic cameras with medium to long telephoto lenses. It offers a load capacity of 1.4 to 2.5 kg. Please note that this minimum load capacity is required to prevent backlash upon stopping a pan movement.
It features a fixed length pan bar and separate locking mechanisms for 360° pan and the -75° to +90° tilt movements. A fluid cartridge ensures smooth movements, and it has a fixed drag in both its pan and tilt axes. The head comes equipped with a quick release 200PL-14 video plate system with VHS PIN and a secondary safety catch.
