Circular Polariser Filter

The B+W 77mm Circular Polariser MRC Filter reduces reflections and glare by filtering out polarised light caused by reflection from a non-metallic surface and improving the saturation of skies and foliage. A circular polariser differs from a linear one in that it consists an added quarter wave plane to circularly polarise the linearly polarised light so that auto focus and exposure accuracy would not be skewed, thus rendering it ideal for use with digital cameras and autofocus lenses.

The high quality Schott glass B+W filter is characterised by increased optical clarity and colour fidelity, while its brass filter ring is durable and resistant to jamming. The Multi-Resistant Coating (MRC) offers anti-reflection and protection to the surface. Light transmissions is improved thanks to a reduction in reflections, scattered light, and ghosting. The protected filter substrate also stays cleaner for a longer period than uncoated filters.
