Proceeding from the success of the well-recieved V7 Holder, the NiSi V7 ALPHA 100mm Aluminium Filter Holder provides the most cost-effective entry into the NiSi 100mm filter system to begin using filters from 49mm to 95mm. The filter holder can hold up to three separately available 2mm thick, 100mm wide plus a 100mm x 100mm circular polariser. Featuring a left to right pressed clip design, filters canb be inserted and removed smoothly and easily. This filter holder's aviation-grade aluminium construct is CNC machined and features a matte-black frosted finish to aid in minimising reflections. Notably, there is no vignetting on ultra-wide lenses at 16mm full frame. The V7 ALPHA filter system permits 360° rotation so that graduated neutral density filters can be rotated for the desired placement with a horizon and light source. A new locking pin promotes a secure attachment and prevents rotation of installed filters.

An 82mm adaptor ring, without polariser rotation mechanism and mount, is included with this filter holder. This 82mm ring attaches onto a lens with an 82mm front thread for mounting the filter holder. To use the filter holder with lenses with front threading between 49mm to 77mm, you can attach a separately available step-down V7 Series adaptor ring to the 82mm adaptor ring. The step-down adaptor rings are available for 49mm, 52mm, 58mm, 62mm, 62mm, and 77mm.
