The NiSi Start Kit Filter System for Fujifilm X100 series is designed specifically for the Fujifilm X100 series cameras: the X100, X100S, X100T, and X100V.  includes a NiSi X100 filter holder, a medium GND8 (0.9) 3-stop graduated filter, a ND8 (0.9) 3-stop filter, a Natural Night filter, and a HD polariser that all fit into a supplied smart-looking compact zip pouch.

The robust, aluminium-constructed NiSi X100 filter holder fits easily onto the front of the lens by simply removing the standard mounting ring on the front of the lens and then screwing on the holder to the thread. The holder does not have vignetting and permits usage of two filters from the NiSi P1 phone filter range. With capability for a 360° rotation, the holder facilitates easy switching between portrait and landscape orientation.

The four supplied filters are all constructed with optical quality glass for amazing image quality. The rectangular medium GND8 (0.9) filter helps to darken areas of an image, such as bright skies, while allowing for normal, unaffected exposure in other parts of the image. This 3-stop graduated filter can be adjusted up or down on the holder to help control the bright areas. The NiSi ND8 3-stop filter reduces light entering the lens by 3 stops, thus enabling shooting with a wider aperture or slower than normal shutter speed. The slowing down of exposure time improves depth of field control and shows movement of subjects in your images. Coated with nano coating, this neutral density filter not only does not affect colouration of image, it only helps to prevent loss of any detail. Designed exclusively for night photography, the Natural Night filter blocks out the most common wavelengths of light pollution, rendering it the ideal companion for night cityscapes photography. Additionally, its finely ground and polished surface ensure sharpness for today's ultra-high megapixel cameras. Lastly, the HD polariser filters out polarised light caused by reflection from a non-metallic surface, such as water. Thus, the polariser aids in reducing reflections and glare and provides greater colour and tonal saturation.
