This NiSi S5 150mm Filter Holder Kit with Circular Polariser is designed for Sony FE 12-24mm f/4 G lens, which enables landscape photographers to combine an ultra-wide angle lens with a filter system. It includes the filter holder, an adapter mount for the Sony 12-24mm, a NiSi Pro CPL (circular polariser), and a smart dedicated case to store the holder.
The easy-to-use kit begins with sliding the adapter mount over the integrated hood of a Sony 12-24mm lens and securing it with its scew-in locking pin. The NiSi Pro Circular Polariser Filter (CPL), which helps to reduce glare and reflection from non-metallic surface, such as the sea and glass surfaces, can be accomodated in the adapter mount.
The CNC technology constructed aluminium alloy S5 150mm Filter Holder, which accomodates up to two 150mm filters, can then be attached and secured easily onto the adapter mount using the holder's retractable knob. Filters can be added as desired and removed without fuss to allow focusing. Both the CPL in the adapter mount and the entire filter holder can be rotated 360 degrees and independently from each other, thus permitting varied positioning to enhance the use of filters such as the graduated neutral density filters.
A matte-grey padded zipper pouch is supplied to store your filter holder kit. Velcro straps on the rear of the pouch enables you to strap the pouch and its entire contents to your tripod or other gear for ready access.
