Neutral Density filter
The Super Stopper from Lee Filters is a long exposure filter that reduces the amount of light entering through your lens by approximately fifteen stops. This makes it an ideal choice when working in harsh midday sunlight, traditionally considered an unfavourable time to shoot.
Being able to increase your exposure time has the effect of making anything that is moving in your image appear blurred or ghostlike including clouds, waterfalls, people or traffic.
The Super Stopper can be used in combination with other Lee filters such as ND Grads - keep the slot in the filter holder nearest the lens free for the Super Stopper.
