Correction lens

This EG+3 Dioptric Adjustment Lens from Canon is designed for use with select Canon EOS cameras and provides far-sighted users with a clear viewfinder image without the use of eyeglasses. Simply fit the EG+3 into the eyepiece holder of your compatible camera. If you are near-sighted then use diopters with negative (-) values, long or far-sighted then use a positive (+) value lens.
