Macro Lens for Micro Four Thirds Cameras

The 30mm f/3.5 ED Macro from Olympus is a compact lens for Micro Four Thirds mirrorless cameras with an equivalent focal length of 60mm, designed for close-up photography. A 1.25x greater-than-life size maximum magnification, 9.5cm minimum focusing distance, and a minimum working distance of 1.5 cm make this lens ideal for  working with close-up subjects in great detail.

The optical design features one aspherical element, one Dual Super Aspherical (DSA) element, and one Extra-Low Dispersion Aspherical (EDA) element to minimise spherical and chromatic aberrations and colour fringing for improved sharpness, clarity, and accurate colour. A rounded seven-blade diaphragm produces a pleasing out of focus 'bokeh' quality.

A Movie & Stills Compatible (MSC) autofocus system ensures high-speed, accurate and near-silent focusing performance. Manual focus control is also available, and the lens supports select OM-D and PEN cameras' Focus Bracketing modes for improved depth of field when working with macro subjects.
