Mirrorless Digital Camera Kit
The X-T30 from Fujifilm is a mirrorless digital camera featuring an APS-C-format 26.1MP X-Trans CMOS 4 sensor and an updated X-Processor 4 to capture high-resolution still images and 4K video. The sensor offers a native ISO 160 setting for working in low-light conditions, and omits an optical low-pass filter for impressive image quality and sharpness, with reduced moiré and aliasing. Meanwhile, the processor ensures faster image processing and overall performance speed.
A phase-detection autofocus system offers 425 selectable points that cover almost the entire sensor area for fast and accurate focusing, along with low-light sensitivity down to EV -3. This is complimented by a faster focus response time for subject tracking and Face- and Eye-Detection AF when working in AF-C mode and when recording video.
You'll be able to capture up to 8 fps with a mechanical shutter or 30 fps with an electronic shutter and a 1.25x crop, and internal UHD 4K30 video recording with F-Log is also supported for use in advanced colour grading software during editing. Record DCI 4K30 and Full HD 1080p120 and save files using either MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 or HEVC/H.265 compressions, and 4K.
All this is housed inside a classic body, with physical controls including a shutter speed dial, mode dial, exposure compensation dial, and a command dial. A high-resolution 2.36m-dot OLED electronic viewfinder offers a 0.62x magnification with a fast refresh rate, wide viewing angle, and adjustable diopter settings, and a rear 3.0" 1.04m-dot tilting touchscreen LCD is also added for live view shooting and reviewing your images, as well as adjusting your settings. The X-T30 also features built-in Bluetooth for wireless sharing and remote control.
Here the X-T30 is kitted with the XF 55-200mm f/3.5-4.8 R LM OIS Lens from Fujifilm, a telephoto zoom lens for the Fujifilm X-series of mirrorless cameras that offers a 35mm focal length equivalency of 84-305mm.
Optically one aspherical element, two ED (Extra-low Dispersion) lens elements, and one Super ED element work to minimise chromatic aberration and provide corner to corner sharpness throughout the zoom range. HT-EBC lens coating is also applied to control reflections and reduce flare and ghosting. OIS Image Stabilization benefits handheld shooting by providing up to 4.5 stops of shake correction, for consistently sharp results when working in low light or at the longest end of the focal range. And rounding out this selection of features is fast, smooth and quiet autofocus, thanks to two linear motors.
The lens barrel is constructed of high quality metal and includes both a focusing ring and aperture ring for easy adjustments. The aperture ring offers 17 stops in 1/3 EV steps, and the steps are click stops for accurate manual control.
