Canon BG-E11 Battery Grip L-Plate

The Canon BG-E11 Battery Grip L-Plate from Really Right Stuff is a custom-machined 6061-T6 aluminium L-plate for use with the Canon BG-E11 Grip, which is compatible with the 5DMkIII, 5DS, and 5DSR cameras. As such, the customised design allows full access to the battery door as well as shutter release cable. This plate features contoured anti-twist flanges that fit perfectly to prevent unwanted twisting between camera and the plate. The quick-release plate employs a 1/4"-20 threaded, captive style mounting screw for threading into the tripod mounting socket of the camera. Characterised by two L-shaped dovetail mounting surfaces that go under and on the left-hand side of camera respectively, this plate enables efficient and quick switch between landscape and portrait orientations whilst reducing the need to recompose. Additionally, by maintaining your gear centered directly above the tripod's apex, the L-plate helps to achieve the best stability possible.

This handy accessory measures 134mm in height and 105.2mm in length, and weighs 150g.
