The small and lightweight FlashBender 2 Micro Reflector is ideally suited for your compact on-camera flash with a head cicumference of 6.25-7.25". This makes it a good option for small mirrorless cameras. This kit combines the micro reflector with a diffusion panel that allows you to quickly convert it into a softbox, and when you're done using it, it packs flat for portability. It uses a belt and buckle attachment method and lightweight and flexible materials to cut down on weight.
