UV Filter
This B+W 49mm MRC Nano XSPD UV filter is designed for general lens protection with added UV haze filtration. It is designed to block out the UV component of light from the sky which can cause blur and some colour films react with a blue cast. Use of a UV filter at high altitudes, by the sea and in regions with very clean air is advised.
Constructed from high quality Schott glass for optical clarity, with multi-resistant coating, it helps reduce dust, scratches, moisture and other elements from damaging your lens. A Nano coating further helps to reduce flare and ghosting. A brass filter ring prevents jamming and provides additional strength.
