Terms of Trade

We reserve the right to decline a purchase.

Products collected directly from us must be paid for in store or collected by credit card holder with presentation of ID.

We do not accept multiple credit cards for payment. Cards are subject to limited transactions.

Adequate personal details must be provided to us for purchase approval.

We only ship goods to legitimate and permanent work or residential addresses; for security reasons, we can not ship to temporary addresses such as hotels or homestays. A signature is required upon receipt of goods.

PO Boxes may be provided for billing and notifications purposes, but not for delivery.

Credit Card

We accept the following credit cards:

Q Card (attracts 2.5% interest), Visa, MasterCard

Debit Card

We accept most debit cards.

EFTPOS

EFTPOS is avalable in store.

Direct Credit

Direct bank transfers can be made in New Zealand to ASB 12-3075-0205717-000. Transfers from banks other than ASB may take up to 48 hours to process and goods may not be released until the transaction is complete.

Flexi-Rent

Operating Lease and Lease-to-Own financing can be provided through FlexiGroup from 12 to 60 months. Approvals are made while you wait. Conditions apply.
