Shipping & Courier
New Zealand
In New Zealand, goods will be delivered by Apparel Line
Couriers and New Zealand
Couriers.
Signature is required upon delivery and goods can only be
delivered to permanent physical addresses.
International 
For international freight we use FedEx for high cost items
(cameras and lenses) unless you specify an alternative
preference.
All other products are freight forwarded.
Shipping fees vary depending on the destination, size and weight
of the item(s) being shipped and include a small insurance fee
against theft or damage while in transit.
Calculating fees
- Auckland $6.00
- North Island Small $10
- North Island Large $15
- South Island Small $15
- South Island Large $20
- Rural Delivery, add an extra $5
In the situation where the wrong shipping has been selected and
payment by direct credit has been made - we will be in touch via
email to inform of error and action required.
Please note Courier fees and times are a guideline
only.
Heavy and large goods will be more expensive to courier.
Courier fees include up to $1200 insurance.
FedEx / International freighting fees and New Zealand Courier
fees are all based on weight and location. We can email
confirmation of the weight charge.
DELIVERY TIME
New Zealand
North Island delivery is overnight. Some rural areas may take
slightly longer.
South Island delivery is about 48 hours. Rural delivery can take
up to two weeks.
Nationwide next day service is available for urgent orders at an
extra cost.
International
FedEx takes between two to five working days, depending on
location.
Freight Forwarding takes between seven and ten working days.
Track Order
We will hold a record of the tracking number. Contact us if you
have any problems.
Shipping Special
From time to time we will run a free shipping special. It
applies to any item or items bought on the online store that comes
to more than $200. This special is run for limited times and at
Progears discretion.
Returns & Refunds
The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 gives customers the right to a
repair, replacement or refund if goods sold are not of good quality
or are faulty.
If you receive something defective we will replace it
immediately.
Warranties & Repairs
Items sold by ProGear are warranted by the manufacturer. Any
items needing repair should be sent to the manufacturer with proof
of purchase.
Payments
We use Payment Express - a Visa and MasterCard certified
solution which facilitates electronic payments seamlessly.
We accept the following credit cards:



Visa, MasterCard, Q Card
We also accept debit cards.

Transfers from non-ASB accounts may take up to 48 hours to
process.
