The new Canon Powershot SX210 IS comes with a mammoth 14x optical zoom. This is complemented by the new 28mm wide angle lens, with Canon's Optical Image Stabliser, allowing you to fit more in your frame no matter how far away your subject.

The hardware behind the magic is 14.1 Megapixel sensor, featuring Canon's latest DiG!C 4 processor, allowing for crystal clear still images all the way up to A2 size. It also shoots full 720p HD video at 30fps, so you can capture in almost cinema-grade quality.

Intelligent Auto and Intelligent Flash Exposure take the hard work out of making great images - featuring Scene, Face and Motion Detection, with noise reduction and light sensors which adjust flash output, ISO and shutter speed. It's a synch.

If that isn't your thing, however, there is still a full Manual mode with which you can tailor all the settings yourself.
